    We’ll prepare a proposal tailored to all your needs, no matter how specific they are. The proposal is still non-binding, and it includes everything you need to make a yes or no decision.

  3. Presentation and refinements

    Presentation and refinements

    We’ll get together and fine-tune the proposal based on your feedback. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution for company retreats. We’ll build yours from the ground up.

  4. Booking and payment

    Once you’re happy with your proposal, we can move onto securing and booking your accommodation.

  5. Building the itinerary

    Building the itinerary

    During this step, we help organize onsite logistics, transfers, meals, and engaging local activities. Looking for something specific or unique for your retreat? We are here to tailor our services to meet your unique needs!

Your questions about Concierge, answered

How many venue options will I receive?
We typically present at least four carefully selected venues tailored to your preferences, budget, and team retreat requirements. You can review and compare your proposals in the free NextRetreat app, with detailed information about each venue and its budget.
How long does it take to receive a proposal?
Typically, between 5 and 7 business days. We approach each proposal individually and tailor it to your requirements. Our Retreat Specialists always prioritize finding the right options over sending the fastest response.
Can I request changes to the first proposal?
Yes. We’ll discuss your feedback and refine the proposal to match your team’s needs and preferences.
Do you offer on-site support during the team retreat?
Yes. Our team can be on-site to help with coordination, logistics, and unexpected situations. On-site support is available for an additional fee, separate from the NextRetreat Concierge fee.
Can you help us arrange visas?
We don’t arrange visas, but we consider visa requirements based on your team’s nationalities and countries of residence when recommending destinations. We also provide a booking confirmation, which is often required for an embassy visa appointment.
